Well it's official. Christmas is over. My sons are having a great time being on winter break. They are busy playing WWE Smackdown all over my house. I have actually had to play referee and medic , no seriously. The wrestling got out of hand and I actually had to pull them off of each other. Then they both went flying down the stairs and now they have rug burns on their chest. We actually got them tickets to Wrestlemania which happens in April 2009.  What the hell were we thinking?  

My husbands band Vudu Cafe (which is awesome) will be touring starting in February. Check out their myspace page if you get the chance.

The weather has been total crap. I mean it's been about 80 degrees through Christmas and then yesterday (Sunday) we get this crappy rain and cold weather. In this part of Texas, it usually doesn't get very cold so this really sucks for us. Especially the rain. My son Joseph loves the rain though. He says that the rain is calming and soothing (he's only 10). I try to look at it from his point and I still love a sunny day.
